After having my first story printed in the local newspaper to appearing on the Gloria Huniford show on channel 5 and a national newspaper it has been a whirl wind. My life had changed considerably I have been inundated with request for help it has been amazing. I never dreamed that I would be running my own business and helping so many other people by doing so. It has not been easy though as I did have two small children age four and six who needed a lot of my attention also. But it is very rewarding as we have lots of letters from very happy people thanking me for what I have created and for sharing it with others. 

I also became a finalist in the Female inventor of the Year award 2001 held at the café Royal in London in February and had excellent feed back from the judges although I wasn’t placed at all, the experience was never to be forgotten. So far its been a rollercoster ride as just a few months ago I was a full time mum and housewife supplying ointment to family and friends from my kitchen, now I have a small mail order company We have customers in other countries including America, Spain, France, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand to name but a few. After the article in the National newspaper in only two months I received 8,000 inquiry's from people wanting my products I was only making it in my kitchen at home I didn’t realise the huge demand I had created.
